Established in April 2024 under the School of Art and Archaeology and jointly founded with Zhejiang Cathaya International Co., Ltd., the Silk Art & Silk Roads Research Center (SASR) is a non-profit academic institution devoted to silk art, the protection of Silk Road heritage and cultural exchange. Its core undertaking is the compilation of the Comprehensive Collection of Chinese Silk Art.
